We welcome recent college graduates or soon-to-be graduates with degrees in construction management, agronomy, landscape architecture, or horticulture.
But truth be told, you don’t need any particular work experience, degree, or license. The only qualifications we truly require are good character, a strong work ethic and a passion to learn. We can teach you the rest, because it’s in the dirt.
Assistant in Training Program
Ready to get started? Our Assistant in Training Program (AIT) is a paid position, generally undertaken in the summer, which could lead to full-time employment. The opportunities at MacCurrach Golf are significant. The AIT program is a great way to find out if they are for you!
Our AIT Program includes:
- Placement on a current project where learning opportunities are plentiful
- Comprehensive, hands-on experience demonstrating exactly what it takes to build a golf course
- Cross-training at every level of the build
- Direct work under the guidance of an experienced project manager and past AIT’s
- Housing for the duration of the position
